How MAP & VSP works:
With MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), air in the tray is replaced by a protective gas mix, slowing oxidation and microbial growth.
With VSP (Vacuum Skin Packaging), the film gently forms around the product for a leak-tight, premium presentation and extended shelf life.
